If your New Years Resolution was to shed a few of those holiday pounds then you are headed in the right direction. Come join the MdS Shrinkers, a small group approach to weight loss with a Christian base. The MdS Shrinkers are using Dr. Phil's book The Ultimate Weight Solution - The 7 Keys to Weight Loss Freedom and you can get involved anytime.The Shrinkers meet in room 202 from 5:30 to 6:45 on Tuesday evenings.

We will be posting some information here for your edification. You will also find some links to websites associated with weight loss. We welcome input by all the members of the group and if there is something that has helped you in your journey please share it with us here. Keep on Shrinking!
